Not too good to use this because of some problems which can't be mentioned here.
Payoneer is holding my payment for 7 days and now they are advising that documents are not valid that my costumer needs to contact them directly to try to resolve this issue. This is ridiculous and very bad for business. What are this guys doing with my money for 7 days?!
Since the first minute on the phone line, Payoneer offered you language options in order you can explain your concerns. Payoneer staff knows in detail all aspects about Company and offered you options in order to get a solution. Great Service!
I have been working for months with a company based in San Francisco, I have submitted ample information about our business nevertheless I am still getting my incoming payments held by payoneer with some poor excuse about the thresholds they handle.
The customer service on the call really cared about my issue, and tried their best to have it solved.
I've started using Payoneer a few months ago as a payment gateway for Homart (they can't deal in USD). It works when it works.
What I mean is: if everything is correct, the payments are delivered pretty fast. I had some problems with support though. 2 payments got delayed because of wrong deposit information and
Their support is pretty hit or miss. Live chats are always cancelled when I'm first on queue and emails are never answered so the only way I could reach support was throught a direct international phone call (which are not cheap). It took me more than 3 calls to get the problem solved (hopefully - I'm still waiting for the payments to be delivered). International phone calls aren't cheap, so please fix your support. Other than that, it works.
My Payoneer account was hacked a month ago. I already called them by phone once the hacking happened.
After a month of many correspondences and investigating my account.
They send me a poor inconsiderable response that they couldn't cancel the transfer and I should contact the hacker. Are they making fun of people? How on earth my hacker will send me back my money and why they didn't just stop transferring the money after I told them. They only care about their incentive and people burn in hell.
I was pleased, I mean really pleased with the customer agent reply.
