I've been using Payoneer for more then 7 years now and I am pretty satisfied with the service and the fast attendence.
Most of the call Agents are very easy to understand and deal with ur problems and solve them effectively and professional with good customer service communication but some have issues with attitude other than the few bad there is more good so I am always happy with the results when calling.
I did a live chat with payooner customer service last week Monday and he promised to resolve my issue but he didn't. Instead, he made my account prone to hackers to change my account security questions.

I've been with payoneer for 5 years, I must say they've been very helpful in my professional life helping me recieve my payments from all over the world, I'm glad.
Besides having my issue resolved satisfactorily, I also felt my time was respected in that rather than keep me waiting on queues, I was given the option to be called back AND to resume my position in the queue! How great is that!
In the middle of the Corona crisis, they withhold my money for ID verification. No notice, no forewarning. Just no payment.
When I phoned them, they could not care less.
Upon review, my ID was verified 9 months ago.
I still don't have my money.

I got prompt answers in respect to changing my USD Bank account. The Answers were Precise and Straight Forward.
My account was blocked due to entering incorrect mobile verification code. I emailed payoneer but I got no response then I decided to call their customer care and in hardly 5 minutes my account was recovered successfully.
It was a good experience. Good to see Payoneer providing different countries' bank accounts.
