They blocked my account for no reason. Claiming there was suspicious fraud when there wasn't I only had the card and all my charges were me. So they sent me a new card and blocked that one when it wasn't even used. So now I have no money for the week and I have a nice sum of money for bills that I can't pay. There's an epidemic going on and I have limited hours and a son and these people block my card for no reason giving me lies and not up front answers. Now they sent my situation to the technical center. All I'm saying is I'm not doing another week like this.

I registered a bank account that doesn't appear. Instead, I see another bank that I never had. I tried to eliminate that bank account from Payoneer, but can't because it's under the verification process. I also tried adding my REAL bank account, which doesn't appear after filling the information and receiving a successful message. I called and received support, which I really appreciate. The support team told me they will eliminate that bank account, so I hope everything works fine.
Their services are great. I just wished they could help me activate my USD account so I can withdraw on it.
I had to wade through a multitude of requests for information, identity and questionnaires. Payoneer's software initially refused to let me continue without a 3rd and 4th UBO, or an executive manager. I am running a startup and have none of those. I had to eventually call a representative to sort this out.

Easy system to use when asking for a payment from a customer. I had a couple of questions, which were answered professionally and courteously by a representative. My account manager is very pleasant and helpful. Fees are very reasonable and competitive. Based on this I would recommend this company for accepting credit card payments. I cannot comment on their other financial services as so far I have no experience of those

Earthport, your processing partner rejects my transactions anyhow at will, with no tangible reason. Why should i make 3 transactions on the same day you reject 2 siting procedure yet process one. A transaction that i initiated since April 17, today is April 23 and i still haven't received my money?
Must I wait for a year to receive just $1600. It is quite disappointing to say the least.
The email sent to me by payoneer was also inaccurate, siting my local bank for failure to process the transaction, meanwhile you know the transaction will pass through your partner bank before getting to my bank. I went fighting my bank for 2 fruitless days only for payoneer to send me a message telling me Earthport processed on of my transactions.
Why didn't payoneer do this check before siting my local bank erroneously?
This kind of service is appalling to say the least.

I was defrauded by one of their customers. After providing them all the relevant info, they went as far to cover up for him even when they could tell that the guy lied and never provided the services (appointment setting) he advertised to. Worst company ever.
