It is really a good thing to have a Payoneer account with three major currencies. But, the fact that I can not transfer to my self with same currency and all the complication of withdrawing and payment made me a bit disappointed.
I had and issue with my account and it seemed as if nothing could be done. But the customer care worked tirelessly to make sure it was resolved.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
