I have been a Payoneer customer for almost four months and my experience can say is ok since I did have some issues submitting my physical card and after three months I was able to order my physical carfd.
I had a problem with my card and the gay from customer took over fast and he was very nice
200 dollar withdraw limit is look like little scam, so many freelancer is working for small money to feed their life, especially outside USA, so please decrease it at least to 50 dollar
