I was happy to reach out to Payoneer's Customer Service over an international land line since I am not from the USA. I got a live agent quickly and it wasn't complicated to navigate towards her. She listened attentively, got it quickly and checked the situation rather fast and then I understood completely where the issue was and not on Payoneer's side actually. It was helpful and now my client residing in the third country got informed instantly and will be easier for him to resolve the problem on his side so I could get my earned funds.
I called their customer service call centre. They answer my call very quickly. The person who answer the call is very friendly. I can't speak English well but he understood everything and resolved my issue. Highly recommended Payoneer.
