Good job theres just one piece of advice for new accounts pls send them all the things needed to make an account verified i mean send it all one at a time specially the questionairs verification vakid ids etc. to avoid cancelled payment experience i had.
Payment was made juat before i completed the questionairs that i need to submit. And i was not aware that those are important i just thought valid id thats it and i was wrong and unaware that it could be a reason for having cancelled payment..
L had a problem with my account then l called Payoneer customer care they respond right away and solved my problem, they are the best

I sign up with a company to work as a freelance but the company needs an IBAN, BIC, and the address of the bank. I don't live outside the U. S now, to call the bank of America to get my account active is a waste of time for me. I thought when I sign up online my account active but it's not.

Payneer is not responsible with payments. They could take weeks holding peoples money and wont even give you a resolution... all they say is sorry...

Payoneer requires enormous amount of information provided from you to get your payment received or sent. If someone values his/her time, really concerned of his privacy and relies on quick services, please look for them somewhere else.

So Payoneer has excellent customer care and their system works really good too but I just have one issue with it and that is the SWIFT fee. I'm not sure if this is an issue common to these apps but 15 US per transaction (banks outside of the US, not American banks) is a ridiculous amount in my opinion. I don't think they're the ones responsible for this issue but regardless, harsh transferring 55us and getting 15 deducted.
I'm very pleased by getting their instant support in any issue and especially their customer support! The guys are doing tremendous work with customer!

Using payoneer has been good. I don't have a lot of problem with my money. I trust the company a bit. If I had a complaint, I'd say their social media accounts are slow to respond but their customer care agents are very polite and friendly. They are always helpful.
