My payoneer app crash right after I out my OTP for a fund transfer. When I logged back in, my account is 0. I did not know if my transfer was successful or not, so I called their hotline number. The representative was very knowledgeable and polite. She knows exactly what happened and explained the situation with confidence. My issue is resolved.
I called payoneer due to a card fee. I was placed on hold for over 13 minutes without a refresh back. Then, the agent gave a generic answer. I asked for a supervisor and was placed back on hold for another 6 minutes. The Supervisor was kind, understanding, prefessional, courteous. She provided a resolution that I was not expecting. She went above and beyond my expectations.

Their customer service is literally unreachable for weeks I tried! Trying to initiate a chat, I am the 100+ in the line, you think I am kidding? This is the actual text pasted from their chat service: "You are currently number 114 in the queue. You should be connected to an agent in about 01:11:31(mm: ss). The average amount of time a customer has to wait is 01:11:31.
Thank you for your patience!"
And if that's not enough, EVERY time the chat is being dismissed and disconnected from their side. I lost my money, don't lose yours!
