Please keep the service open for Bangladesh. But there is one request from me. Please make the relationship more strong between Bangladesh and Payoneer. Cause there is no one gives this service in Bangladesh. Please if anyone is seeing my review. Please accept my apologies. Payoneer is awesome but there is some benefits are missing in Bangladesh. Please I highly recommend to improve the relationship between Bangladesh and Payoneer.

I have been using a Visa card that I acquired through the Israeli Post Office. I use it for internet purchases. I like to check activity on the card and to that end enter the site and check every few weeks. However, there started a problem that I needed to change my password every time i entered the site. No problem until one time I requested to change password and appeared some unknown email address and telephone number. I eventually was able to speak to someone who wrote on 08Jul that the technical department would contact me within 24 to 48 hours! My reckoning is that the time has passed! In my opinion this is a small technical problem that could be solved within a few minutes!
Payoneer add money option soo bad. No add money option. New system about request for payment and requestfor currency system is soo bad. Its will effect more bad. I think payoneer need improve send money optiona nd add money option and we need lots of currency option for request everyone.

This is the first time to use the service. I had a pending payment and was asked to provide Government ID. Unfortunately my national ID has an error on the date of birth so it was rejected. I spoke to customer care and was asked to provide alternative document. Customer care here are receptive and eager to solve my problem. They solved my problem and my money was immediately released. This is a great service that i recommend to anyone. They are keen not lose your money yet ready to listen and help. Thank you
