Very helpful and understanding. Went the extra mile

My account blocked without not asking me what happend on my side of story. Custumers not always right. You need listen sellers too. This broke my heart to payoneer. I hope I can get to my payoneer acount. But It was awesome until this mistake happend.

I used my GCASH Phone Number as my Account Number for Payoneer withdrawal, it was accepted. I processed withdrawal request, it was approved. I hope funds will reflect on my Gcash account.

Since I could not withdraw my money at ATM, I called Payoneer Customer Support. Surprisingly, I didn't have to wait for too long. It took a couple of minutes at most. The agent quickly helped me resolve the issue.

Without being given clear parameters on what should and what should not verification documents look like, it took many days to approve my application

The customer representative were wonderful. They posses a high level of HR, swift with providing solutions to problems and of course accommodating.

Didn't make me feel stupid for asking what to some may have been obvious, then also added value by pre empting a next step.

I have never face any problem in my payment. On my due date I get my payment easily. Regarding to the other payment app I will always recommend this app.

The customer service rep handled me professionally with promptness and courtesy. My issue is resolved right there and then when I called.

I enrolled in Amazon Fulfillment and chose Payoneer as my account to be paid on. The received the payment and are in the process of issuing my card. I see the balance and all the info I need. Furthermore, they just created a phone app so I'm connected all the time with my financial info.

I called customer support over the phone she was exceptional given me direct answers and she solved my problem
