I had a very pleasant experience on the phone call with the representative who handled my concern. For how many days now, I've been trying to reach Payoneer via Email to get resolutions on how to add AUD under my payment global services, but all I get are generic answers.
I tried Live Chat and status is always canceled. I have never reached a live chat support agent.
But those negative experience I had dealing with Payoneer this last few days were all gone after I spoke to a representative on the phone. I was reassured and was able to get resolutions right away. KUDOS

I have sent multiple address change requests and never heard anything back. It has been over a week now. And I called Payoneer US telephone number yesterday, and waited for 15-20 min and the answer was: "There is no English speaking customer care rep at this point" and hung up on me. I called Payoneer in their business hours as shown as on their website. Monday-Saturday 2 am - 2 am EST. Then I had to request a phone call back, and never heard anything either. Finally I called them again and had a chance to speak with someone and they said they have got my proofs of residency documents and didn't take action? I'd like to hear about the reason about why they did not take an action. I am an Istock contributor and having issues with my payment through Payoneer just because my address is changed. Please solve my issue this time. Thank you.
I've placed order for my Payoneer card since June 20th and it's now August 5th and I still have not received my card. I was able to speak with a customer service rep who gave me another option of sending the funds to my bank account, which I was not aware of. I did my withdrawal and I'm now awaiting email to confirm when funds will be available in my bank account. She was so much help and guided me through everything.

The CSR was polite and knew how to assist. She was effective in ensuring I provided the needed information and while it was evident English wasn't her first language she was able to communicate with me efficiently. :) Thumbs Up
I must say this service is awesome but sometimes they become so rude that they do not care any long-term relationship. They do not care that customer is with them from a long time and have a very good record.
Out of 100 clients, if one client cancel the payment etc. the Payoneer becomes completely strange/rude/unprofessional and put everything on stake. They don't give a damn about customer's credibility. Plus they ask so many personal details from the Payer which makes it hard to use - which makes for us (Freelancers) have the payments cancelled because clients hesitate to give them (Payoneer) their personal details.
Over all it is good but keep in mind, they ask many personal details from Payer and if any of those is not provided - they cancel almost all of your payments.
I had only about two issues with my card and every time I contact customer service they are quick to solve! I can also withdraw funds to my local bank or use my payoneer card anywhere! I love it
