Any time I have a problem I can solve it quite fast.
I am facing problem to open Payoneer Account. As per requirement of Account opening, I had submitted my NID; later Passport copy. But, I am not getting approval my account; Also, not getting any response after sending email and TT several times. So, I am deiced to contact to Payoneer Support Center over phone call to get support. Today, I have called to Support center. Concern Support guys carefully lessen me and given enough time to short out my Account issue and guide me to fix it with high professionalism and good cooperation. I am very much delighted for her support service.

In complimenting payoneer I want to say it is a great service to be able to speak to a customer service representative and not have to get lost in the rabbit hole of trying to solve a problem. Please never remove the service of a customer service live person
My experience with payoneer has been good. But there's only 2 problems I have. The service takes too long and it is not good that only adults can use it. I've had my online business from 2 months now and I am looking forward to receive my payment this month, but I sent in an application for account verification and it said that I had to be over 18 to get approved. I am really worried right now because payoneer is the only app I'm using and I want to receive payments as a minor. Please payoneer can you fix this!
