My first experience to contact payoneer center. I try to complete my transaction i hope resolve my problem as early as.
Apart from the absurd fees of up to 3% (there are much cheaper services out there), they randomly hold up your payments with no warning. Sometimes you will get flagged for a "review" - despite your payments being normal and regular - which will hold up your money for an extended period. The way they do this is extremely unprofessional with little concern for their customers. There is no recourse; you simply have to wait while your money is frozen.

I am waiting 10+ days to get an answer from the customer service. I wrote several emails and forms through the Payoneer app but still no answer. Mx card is pending more than 10 days and no one is contacting me with the reason why! Its like no one is working there.
I had to call during my vacation, phone customer service was polite but I still have not got the answer why my card is Pending so long. The app says "up to 3 business days" yeah right.
Overall poor experience, still waiting for many issues to be resolved, I cannot access my funds for almost a month now.

Worst customer support service, they just have only one solution to wait, wait, and wait. Even they don't have any timeframe to solve the issues. Still, my issue isn't resolved.
I submitted my payment withdrawal request on 11 Aug but I still not received it. I also contact them much time but they don't resolve my issue and give me only a solution that just needs to wait, wait, and wait. Although they don't update me by days and days and now after 4 days, they replied to me with a lying statement that "The transfer was sent successfully, but due to shortened banking hours in Pakistan because of COVID -19, it takes more days for the funds to be deposited to your bank account." Even the bank timing is back to normal in Pakistan from 13 of July 2020. So, now they cheated us with a false statement to misuse our money. So be careful to use it or better to use any other services.
