Payoneer is one of the best platform that provides safe and secure way to send/receive payment in shortest time in multiple currencies!
If you want to have a fair and safe experience when making payments, use PayPal or Transferwise. Both are credible companies that have policy's against sellers trying to deceivingly rip you off. Unlike Payoneer, they don't harbour criminals and have the necessary checks in place to protect the buyer. Buyer protection, something that every financial institution offers including all International Banks is not offered with this criminal institution.
Also, when it comes to customer service, they are the WORST. It cannot months to reply to a simple email. To put this into prospective, i sent an enquiry for which it took one month to recieve a reply. However my follow up email took 2 MONTHS for a reply.
Their Online Chat is a whole new monster altogether, their barely online and when they are, your put in a queue and could be forced to wait upwards of an hour. 1hr.
My advise, don't make the same mistake as i did, choose any other financial institution but Payoneer.
Payoneer is OK to safely recieve your payments across borders but it has the worse customer service ever. It takes way too many attempts to get your issues resolved when you reach out. The agents working arnt always fluent speakers of your language and when you finally get an agent that understands you well they still take forever to fix the problems. Also their card delivery system sucks. From my experience and that of my coworkers it takes months to recieve payoneer card sent to the Caribbean. Ive just decided to to pay Fedex because waiting 3 months after the delivery date for a card is ridiculous. Then when I tried getting a virtual card the agent forgot to submit my proof of address for review so i waited one whole day waiting on a confirmation email only to find out the agent didnt submit my utility bill that i uploaded. I could go on and on its just terrible service. I have no choice though because this is how my company pays me and i like the fact that payoneer converts the usd to local currency at a fairly decent rate.

I called to cancel a new card I requested earlier this month because the previous card was mailed from 24/5/2021 only got to me today. The rep was professional and informed me that that the request for the new card was cancelled.

I was told by my Client to open a payoneer account in early June of 2020. In which my account was approved on 06/16/2020 with my valid up to date National photo ID and a copy of my up to date car insurance policy as proof of residence. On 07/27/2020 whe I started working for Great Health Works I was sent a special token by my client to sync my account with theirs so I can receive my revenue. I was forced to close my original approved account and open up a new account with the same credentials as the approved account. Now 5 weeks has passed today is 08/27/2020 I´ve sent 7 different up to date address verification documents and guess what my new account is still not approved. The last address verification document that I uploaded was on 08/16/2020 almost 2 weeks ago with no response from payoneer. I feel like Im being treated like a criminal being questioned about my home that I now own for 15 years. I just want to receive payment for the honest work that Im doing to feed my family during this pandemic. I have various bank accounts including a paypal account and I never went through this type of treatment before. I feel like Im being disrespected and I never disrespected anyone from Payoneer. This company´s customer service from the outset really sucks!

Of payment duration. If we pay extra 2 dollars for fast Funds delivery from escrow account then you should also make such type of strategy for payment transaction method for Payoneer account to local bank account.
I have been using the services of Payoneer for all of my online banking transactions and have come to love their services. So far, their system works and their website is very user friendly. Recently I tried getting in contact with their customer service via telephone; their was a bit of wait time - but when I got through the service was very professional and friendly. I personally give them a five star rating. (SO FAR)...
