Today I had to request a new debit card since mine expired. The girl who answered the phone was very professional and polite, and she helped me right away. I have used Payoneer for some years now and I recommend it.

I have an awful experience with Payoneer as there customer service representative is completely lacking in any form of customer service. I have a business account for which I have provided them with all of the verifications they needed and in the end, they said we are unable to process your transactions as your business is not recognized by Payoneer which is cheap and mischievous behavior obviously. If there was a negative review I would have loved to rate them that way because with this experience of mine they deserve it.
