Past 1 week I'm trying to solve this problem through customer service, but no use of it... they asking only time for 3 buisness days. I have contacted them 3 times. They don't resolve my problems.
I have not used Payoneer any time but it's very good to have a Payoneer account and especially for those countries where PayPal is not available

I called customer support help-line to find the issue with 1 of my transactions. I was welcomed by an automated machine, and was put in a queue. It then asked me to receive a call back when my turn would come. I opted for it.

Rest of the process was also smooth. The support guy was understanding, and knowledgeable, and resolved all my issues, while on call.

Hello, I'm from islamabad, Pakistan. I'd Pending payment Problem on 3rd of September 2020 as i transferred it from Fiverr, I had submitted all the Inquiry on their page, as well as i try to reach their Social App (Twitter, Facebook) but my issue wasn't got resolved. Now today i call on their Toll Free Number, And They At instant Got my call, and talk so much friendly and try to understand my concern.My Issue That i was facing from 5 Days, got resolved in couple of minutes.Her Representative "Anna" and "Well" are Very Professional.

Wow! Perfect customer service from your representative (I forgot her name, I wish I could put it here so she´s recognised). Wow! It really makes your day when someone treats you like that. She was fast, clear, nice, patient and professional. She smiled all the time. It reminded me, and I learned from her, that great things in life are presented to us in the most simple ways, like doing our jobs like this. I feel very good, I think that´s what makes a job great!

Just to say: " You need to add in your reset system for change passwords, a 939 like another choice for Puerto Rico area code. 787 and 939 are both area code for P R. It has no 939 area code in the choices for reset customers password.
I called about a payment that was on hold at 5PM Philippine Time but I was expecting no one would answer just like other customer service hotline I am dealing with on a daily basis. Luckily I got Mori to help me who diligently doing his work and resolved my problems for me though the call lasted almost an hour but I think it would take longer if it was not Mori who helped me.
