Amaaaazing. I ws so frustrated earlier because i wasnt able to get access to my funds due to an expired card i had. Turned out i was caling the wrong number. When i finally got through to a CSR the service was soooo smooth and heart warming. Thanks Payoneer solid stuff!
I gave this theme because the payoneer helps many freelancers in my country to receive international payments to their payoneer account without much bureaucracy. This time I'm just waiting for my payoneer card to arrive to start sending payments to my payoneer account. And I love Obg for creating the payoneer for consumers or better users of it and I hope that whenever possible they will improve.
Payoneer's service is not worth the fee they charge. The customer service is slow, especially over email, and it takes them at least 5 business days (not including weekends) to do even the simplest of tasks. In today's global economy they work at 1970's speeds. If you want to take payments, I would suggest you set up a simple online store with wordpress, woocommerce and stripe. Even if you don't know about web technologies it is worth the 2 days of sweat equity over having to work with this type of service.
I had waited for the verification and review from Payoneer for an extended period of time. Only I didn't know that once you called the Customer Care Desk, all my problems would be resolved. Erick from Payoneer was really helpful and personally took my case as his own. He assisted me by going through the verification department on my behalf, now I have my cash in my bank.
I'm still waiting for an answer. Your employee was very polite, told me that she will contact Verification Center to solve pending issues and send me an answer at my e mail address.

Useless, full of sh*t, all canned respond, act as if they provide you service in your country or area, but they have no idea about the local rules or regulations, there goal is to get you fill your account with money, but never allowed to use or touch your money. They demand you send them proof of address and want copies of your ID, passport, bank statements, utility bills, basically all your life and even your rental agreements, title of ownership and in the end they say not sufficient proof, thats besides all the hidden and outrageous fees taken from your money. Big F- fir this $#*!ty company, searching for a better genuine real one. Please be aware especially those who live outside the US. Takes for ever to answer you back, calling them is useless, no body to take your call and your money remains stuck with them and good luck if you will ever see your money again
