Hi, everyone out there, I am freelancers for not less than 2 years have international clients and usually work outside Fiverr charging my client through Payoneer. The experience that I am passing through right now is so depressing, I have worked for the client for four consecutive months on monthly payments which he did on Payoneer(not once but monthly), eventually I have to take a break which client disagrees and refuse to give break and refunded all his payment through this time which Payoneer has simply deducted from my account. I am upset and continuously writing and calling Payoneer customer care. Having no idea if my case would be successful or not I have provided evidences and proofs to the Payoneer chargeback department of all the services provided according to the client's directions. I must say that if Payoneer is going to file their decision agaist me, there should be proof from the client of unsatisfactory services provided from any freelancer working for these clients In 'First World Countaries" from "Third World Contaries".
Simply the best in the business. Experience is great so far. Hopefully the journey will continue.

Payoneer is best. They care about their customers. And customer care service was fast. My money is secure to them. And never holds any of my Payment. I highly recommend Payoneer.
The thing about payoneer is they love to be thorough. Sometimes, this comes at the expense of the customer. But I geuss it is all for good since it is money we are dealing with here.
Overall, they are courteous and polite. And they try their best to get you the assistance that you need. It is not easy dealing with angry customers.
