I've been with payoneer for three years now, but currently I've been extremely disappointed in their service.
Money transfers seem to take longer, which is not a big issue. Bigger challenge is the customer support, or lack of it. Simple issues can take weeks, and multiple phone calls to solve.
Although, waiting time is very long waiting for a representative the resolution to my concern was prompt and concise.
I need to change my profile name n i am helped by the custumer representative in thailand while i feel confuse of solving my problem because i have an alias name besides my real name. Thank u Payoneer
Payoneer is wonderful service and they have good customer support when needed.
After several days of trying to resolve an issue through every phone number I could find without any success, I was forced to call the "lost or stolen card" line where I was actually able to speak to a person who was able to get the ball rolling (hopefully) to solve my issue.
Really Payoneer provides an excellent customer service, I am very happy with their customer service
Whenever there is a new payer, payoneer needs to approve the payment details, which I understand. But even if you submit the details the same day the payment is made, it takes about 15 days and 5 customer phone calls from user's end to get the payment approved. They say it will take up to 3 business days, but rest assured that the support guys will only take your request seriously once it has been 2 weeks since the payment. Only then they will get on call with payment verification department and clear the payment. They won't request any new detail, because everything they need and asked is already with them. They'll just stall as long as possible. First you'll get a response that the ticket has been escalated to High Priority and you should get an email within 24-48 hours. But if you don't get an email in 24 hours, call us. When you call, you are told well it is not exactly 24 hours, its 23.67 hours since the last call. When you call in after 48 hours, they say well it is not not 24 hours since THE last call. Then it's Saturday, so they're closed. When you call on Monday, they say well we said 2-3 business days, so Saturday Sunday doesn't count. Keep in mind that it's now been 12 days since the first call, so way way past 2-3 days as they so call it. Now, on Tuesday, it's 15th day, so now the support guys talk to the payment approval department and after staying on phone for 30 minutes, you finally get the payment approved. 5 stars for the last support call, just wish the same response was given on actual 3rd business day, not after 15 days of submitting the payment approval details.
I called the customer service on regard of how to get my bank details and was assisted and my problem was solved in just a few minutes. Very happy with the service.

I had to wait 2 weeks for my account to be verified and i had to call every couple of days to check if they did their job, I was rarely informed by anything, if i did not call every couple of days my case would had never been resolved. I tried contacting them several times through e-mails/chats/requests but I literally got nothing but the auto-reply mails. My e-mails were completely ignored, and the live chat agents were not helpful at all, no clarifications were made nothing but a bunch of words they memorized plus they lack knowledge. My case was resolved after 2 weeks or more when it could have been resolved whilst i was setting up my account. No one informed that i need to re submit my data due to some verification regulations when setting up the account, no one told or clarified to me that this is the issue to save time and re-submit my data all what i got is you should wait for 3 days with no clarification of anything. And on top of that after they have decided to notify me with anything and i went along to resbumit my data again i got no notification or feedbackafter the business days period? Today I called and i knew that my request has been seen and also denied with no notification whatsoever to me but luckily a very very helpful agent has helped and clarified the whole case from the beginning and reached out to other options to be able to help me with my case and my case was resolved over the phone instantly. That should have been done 2 weeks ago if i was actually talking with people who know how to do their job. The whole experience was exhausting and frustrating and i did not get the help i needed. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I was in desperate need to withdraw my money and I couldn't do that. This company needs to work on better communication between the customers and payoneer people along with hiring customer service agents who are actually willing to do their job correctly.
A payment had been pending in my account for 2 days. I called the customer service line and spoke to Tricia who helped me get it resolved in minutes. Excellent service!

I had trouble with my ID because it is expired in Jamaica however it was extended by the government. I kept getting a feedback from the site and when I called for assistance I got all the assistance that I needed.
