Every time I receive funds on my Payoneer account the process is absolutely smooth. Easy to connect and communicate with customer service incase of rectifying any pending issues. Quicker resolution much better than other platforms in the market. Most importantly there customer service people are soft spoken, understands the query and emphasis on providing quicker resolution without asking any unnecessary questions. RESOLUTION TO THE POINT. I am writing to request urgent assistance with adding a receiving bank account to my Payoneer account. I am a citizen of Tanzania and I am trying to add a local bank account from payoneer to receive funds.

Since then, I've made several attempts to get this issue reviewed. I've reached out through multiple channels, but all I've received are automated replies, mostly generated by AI. It's clear this situation requires human intervention, as it's a Payoneer system error, not a policy violation on my part. I also contacted the Payoneer representative in Brazil (André), but unfortunately, he seems to focus only on acquiring new customers rather than supporting existing ones. This lack of post-onboarding support is extremely frustrating. I've never violated Payoneer's terms of service — in fact, my account activity has been minimal. All I'm asking for is that someone at Payoneer manually review my case and understand that the issue was triggered by a routine and legitimate address update. Please help me unlock my account or at least provide a clear path forward.

This is my first time using Payoneer. While opening my account I encountered a problem and reached out to the customer service team. The associate who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully, very polite and assured me he was going to take on my case and make sure my case was going to be resolved. Would definitely recommend this service based on the excellent customer service I received today.

I have initiated a transfer from Payoneer to GCash (Philippines) on April 19,2025 and was informed that it will be transferred within 3 business days. Unfortunately, I has been almost a month and still no meaningful resolution from Payoneer, and every time I attempt to call their customer support, the automated response said "This Payoneer Support Number has been removed" even on their other international numbers after I called once. (Probably they blocked my number)
