I'm a new client and am excited to have my account approved. The staff have been prompt in answering my queries when I had difficulty signing up, as the information being demanded of me online did not apply to my situation, and the program would not allow the compulsory field to be left blank, or would accept my answer. I could not complete my application, and in desperation explained the situation in an email to customer care and had to abandon my application. However, I soon received a message from Fedor at customer care, enquiring on the problem, to which I immediately replied. I soon received an email from Payoneer stating I was accepted and the account had been authorised. Today I received an email from Joan Criz, Customer Care, reaffirming that my account is fully approved.
My experience has been superb especially as Sam was speaking to me.He never made me feel I was careless.

Trouble for your account to get paid even if it's from local banks. I wanted to activate my account to send my money to another payoneer and couldn't until I meet set parameters which I don't understand as it is my money and not yours. Systems doesn't allow more then one document to be sent and without calling or chatting, issues never get resolved other wise. Hope there is some change as it will not benefit me but the company and the people who relay on your services to get paid from abroad.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
