I started with them when they offered pre-paid cards to Freelancers through freelance websites. That was 10 years ago and to this day, the service they provide is essential to International freelancers like me. I used to just use the card, but found the bank account service useful too, when a client wanted to pay me by bank transfer.
I find their support to be good, compared to many other financial services I've used. I had several emergencies over the years and all of them were solved in a timely manner.
They have their tough spots. I found the proof of residence to be a chore, since I had almost no documents that were less than 6 months old, for proof. This was frustrating, but I guess different countries have their differences in how one proves their place of residence. I resolved the issue eventually. That's the most inconvenience I've ever had with them.
Its my first time using Payoneer i had a problem of withdrawing as I didn't know how the system operates and am so glad to say the consultant has assisted me in a good manner, She has offered great help, Keep it up the good work!

Most of the bank transfers that are sent from our system land to our customers' accounts timely. We are very sorry that you have encountered the difficulties that you have described.
We totally understand the inconvenience this matter has caused you. Please be advised that delays like the one you experienced can happen for one of the following reasons:
- an issue with the receiving bank
- an issue with the intermediary bank
- the weekend delay: if the transfer was made on Friday/ Saturday, it might take it 1-2 business days for payments to be processed.

Answer: Definitely a scam, they are not listed on the The Mastercard Compliant Service Provider List of which anyone can view and download directly from Mastercard https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/merchants/safety-security/security-recommendations/service-providers-need-to-know.html If Payoneer is legit why isn't it on the list like Paypal and alllll the other legit companies? It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
