I should say there is still more room for improvement on Payoneer's end. I look forward to a feature where Payoneer can facilitate a standing order (where funds will be withdrawn to a local bank account).

As I use Payoneer service for 4 years, I quite happy with their services. Their customer services are very helpful. Recommend their services
So far it is good except the fact that it takes so long to receive a card. I plan to get many payment on the payoneer card and it is convenient but you guys can be more clear with the information needed to verify my address. I had no idea I needed to present the entire soft copy of the document. I only found out through a friend. Maybe try being more descriptive with what is needed for that specific section (address verification).
I had a really great experience with payoneer & their support center.
Some of us are still new to this payooner unfortunately transfers are some time too slow to our business schedule

Most of the bank transfers that are sent from our system land to our customers' accounts timely. We are very sorry that you have encountered the difficulties that you have described.
We totally understand the inconvenience this matter has caused you. Please be advised that delays like the one you experienced can happen for one of the following reasons:
- an issue with the receiving bank
- an issue with the intermediary bank
- the weekend delay: if the transfer was made on Friday/ Saturday, it might take it 1-2 business days for payments to be processed.
If you ever encounter a delay like that, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support through the Support Center on our website. Please make sure that Payoneer never lost any transfer and it’s our responsibility to make sure that you receive your funds as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed after over 6 years of being a loyal customer to you. Not to mention the card freeze scandal last year, but I haven't been able to reorder a card since Nov23. It is my 4th card in a row!
At the end, so I don't miss my 3rd salary in a row I am forced to order the card through DHL and pay 20$. On top of me losing money, I pay to call you twice in the past 3 months and pay for the card. You are through embarrassment for the business you do.
Let me be clear, your support representative was super nice and professional, you as a company and management should be ashamed to put your staff through hell with customers. Shame.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
