I changed my phone number recently and changed it in my profile settings as well, turns out 2FA was being sent to my old number that I lost and I can't withdraw my funds.
Please add an email 2FA for cases like this because it's highly unlikely that people will change emails as often as phone numbers.

I Got a problem with my replacement card. I called payoneer customer service they gave me an instant solution.
I was asking about the verification of my account, if my account is ready to receive payments. Costumer rep said my account is approved already that i can receive funds even my bank account and other stuff are not yet verified. It was brief and clear. My concerns were answered but still need to check because i haven't receive my salary yet.
So, except the process of getting the card was super long, which I reviewed previously, the card is finally in my hands and we are ready to rock and roll. Unfortunately, plenty of online sites don't accept it (issuer's bank decline), but THE MAJOR ONE I needed is for FB ads and that is accepted so now my business can operate with ease and less stress. Even though it was a long and draining process, it paid off.
Ok, so, I am STRUGGLING to find any payment gateway since I am from Serbia, living in Trinidad & Tobago, and my company is registered in the USA.
I came across Payoneer and know few friends that have received cards without a SINGLE problem. I opened the account, provided all the documents, received payment more than USD 100 so I can be eligible and then the ordering process was stuck. Spent several hours with customer service, and every and each time the solution was found ON THE PHONE, after which as soon as I hung up, the issue STILL persisted. This is an ongoing process for around 2 months now and PROMISED TIME is 3 days.
So, if the platform is amazing, yes. If it is SELECTIVE, YES 100%. You shouldn't put all the countries you "support" if you TRULY DON'T.

I had a terrible first experience with Payoneer as my account was blocked due to verification processes that could have been avoided if there was an easy way to reach support. I kept getting emails from 'Do-not reply' senders and the website only had Bots, no human interaction. I believe there are some basic explanations that a robot wouldnt understand but human would be able to relate such as explaining to a Bot that I am from a particular country but currently in another country temporarily hence the reason why I am using two different verification IDs. A lot more but I am tired of typing.
I had a better experience this time as I was able to get a direct customer care number from a friend (different number from what is on the site)

Customer Support agent provided me solution and sent a special request to get me a new CITIBANK GBP account so I could link it with PayPal UK account
It used to be very good, but the last year or so it became cumberland and problematic. Too much information and too many documents required for anything you want to do. I still choose it. Let's see if it gets worse or not.
