I'm experiencing improved customer service and also the improvements in the services offered by payoneer. I'm really thank ful for that
I had to send a small amount to a vendor ($600). Submitted credit card and charge. It was "pending" due to more documentation. After 24 hours, they asked for a scan of the actual credit card with numbers redacted. I provided this via their upload portal. 24 hours later they asked for corporate documents. I provided via their upload portal (yes... we have been in business for 25 years). 24 hours later they asked for a copy of my drivers license (both sides), I logged in AGAIN and provided via their upload portal. 24 hour later I opened support ticket to ask them to release funds (I've provided enough information to release a 600 charge... including my company website, company phone, company extension). 48 hour later they finally emailed me that they cancelled the charge because I was unable to provide enough documentation. They received all the documentation requested within 2 hours of the request, but would not release the funds.
I would not waste my time with a company that takes 24 hours for each document request and then is not please with receiving EXACTLY what was requested (yes... simple things like redacted images of the corporate credit card, FULL COLOR FULL IMAGE BOTH SIDES drivers license, Corporate charter scanned in on quality ScanSnap ix500).
They couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and call the company direct to verify the charge.
Useless. Especially given that it was a waste of time for a measly $600 business charge.
It is usually good, no problems whatsoever anywhere. But sometimes it doesn't just work. Like withdrawal on an atm or online shopping. Well atms are more error prone than online shops...

I attempted to verify my account a few times and called customer support thrice.It was disappointing when the representative said that all my documents should be alright but then l received an email saying that your document is not accepted. Submitting a document when you are living outside your country is a bit confusing but l figure it out.
I am happy that my account already been approved.
Just a suggestion, if your customers has many declined attempts to complete their requirements, a courtesy call maybe very helpful other than that Satisfied customer here.

I am very happy to have chosen it, and everytime I face an issue or have something that needs to be resolved, I speak to "actual humans" who know exactly what they are doing and they go out of their ways to help.
If my bank will not provide their any customer color bank statement copy then what should i do. On that copy sign & seal are color you don't see that...
Payoneer is awesome, I get easily paid, my funds are safe and customer care is professional and fast. Their app has improved so much and I enjoy using it. Keep up the good work!
I got my problem solved in only 5 mins and I really appreciate their Hard work. I was in a lot of tension of my account I was not able to withdraw but they solved my problem in 5 mins. I am really shocked Excellent Work Payoneer Customer Support. Thankyou very much

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
