On 11 of April my suppler informed me that the payment not proceed due to a document I did not submit
No communication from Payoneer to address this issue. Kept the money for more than a week without me know that if there is any issues in my account.
Furthermore I did submit the required documents over than 4 times system is not responding.

Almost getting frustrated with my issues unresolved for quite some time, but here comes an agent named Donna who offered her assistance willingly. My concerns have been addressed properly with her and I was in bliss for getting it resolved finally. It's really good to know that Payoneer is doing its best to help their customer.
I am using Payoneer from last 10 years and I love the service due to its wide range of variety and professional staff. One thing I dont really like is they hold payment some times and takes lot to release which they need to confirm fast and release earlier.

Payoneer representative Alan helped me with figuring out a way to avoid using PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION, and MONEY GRAM. A Pioneer representative listened to my request to help me find a way to transfer existing PALPAL balances to Pioneer. He asked a supervisor if it was possible to transfer my PAYPAL account balances to a UNITED STATES bank account that is associated with my PIONEER /AIRBNB credit card. I am now able to accept payments from customers in the United States and from customers in Canada in their respective currencies. JOB WELL DONE!

- an issue with the receiving bank
- an issue with the intermediary bank
- the weekend delay: if the transfer was made on Friday/ Saturday, it might take it 1-2 business days for payments to be processed.
