I have been battling with issues regarding my Payoneer account. The old bank account that I used has been cancelled for over a year now and there is no way for me to change it unless I verify my account. I have been trying to get my account verified by complying to all the necessary documents and other requirements however Payoneer has been giving me a hard time. I contacted their customer support service and they were actually really helpful. My problem has not been resolved, however the customer representative has given me assurance that I might be able to push through with my account verification. Overall I was satisfied with my experience in talking to the customer care representative.

I have been using Payoneer for about 3 years now and had no issue. But of recent, they held my hard-earned money from Upwork for two weeks without any reason. It was very very frustrating. But at last, my fund was released after calling them more than 5 times and after two weeks.

I contacted Payoneer because I want to understand the delay on getting my payment. I have to wait 2 days before it gets fully transferred to my Payoneer account, while my sister gets it a few minutes/hours after our client processed the payment. I was assisted by Jam, who is very knowledgeable and gave me what I need, but I guess it's out of her scope as to when I will get my pay, which I fully understand and she said that it's normal. I think I will just need to get used to it and maybe Payoneer favors my sister more. Lol. Kidding aside, I was happy with how Jam handled my concern. Keep up the good work!

Payoneer does not allow you to withdraw money over the phone (or send it to another account).
It also takes two days to change a phone number linked to your account (in the meantime I could not log on to access my money for over 48 hours).
My concerns and questions we're answered in a timely and polite manner.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
