I'm reviewing first time on a service and Payoneer's exceptional service actually made me do this. Payoneer is the dream service in front of me. It really helped me like it's my own. I never faced any sort of problem processing payments with this service. I would definitely rate it a 10 stars if 10 stars could available. Best Available Online Service!
I am facing a problem. Two of my payments are hold by payoneer and still there is now update and approval for these payment.
Called customer support and asked the status, she did her best and advised me to wait for 2 more days.

The customer care rep, named Kim, was awesome, the company of payoneer sucks. They could not do a simple thing just like sending me an email so I could know that I was missing some info for my payment. But I thanks Payoneer for that because if it wasnt for their mistake as a company I wouldnt be able to meet Kim. She is a wonderful person and the best Rep. I have ever talk to, really professional and polite.

Very disappointed with the verification process. They should at least take considerations when it comes to ID. They should at least allow secondary IDs if the customer can't provide primary. Specially this pandemic, it is not easy to get ID ASAP.
