My client pays through this service, so there's no way around using them, but all they want is to take your hard earned money. They use all kinds of sneaky fees to do that. To get paid through this service you already pay $3 per transfer. And then, to get it on your own account, you will pay another 2% - which they try to hide in 'exchange rate, including fees'. However, you're going to just pay them your hard earned money for no service at all.
And their customer service is horrible too. Respond time is slow and you just get the same standard response on your email, like they don't even read. I keep getting the standard response that the fees are higher because of the exchange rate. But that's not true, because it's always 2% of my hard earned money that I will have to pay taxes over already.
Services like this are the worst, avoid if you can.

Poor customer support, very slow and inefficient. I have a pending transaction since 6th April, account is fully approved and still nothing is happening. I sent message to customer support, they told me that they would reply after 2 business days, more than 1 week passed and still nothing. Call customer support in UK, same thing- everything is OK but transaction is still pending...

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
