Fantastic and hassle free!

I lost my mobile number linked to my Payoneer account as I have created this account way back. Now that I am about to use it, I simply do not want to experience a hassle when it's time to withdraw my earnings.

Marius was such a delight. He was kind and patient. He also gave a solution to my issue right away. I did not have to wait a long time in a queue either. Five stars for Marius! Five stars for Payoneer!

I had made 2 payments to a contractor I was working with. I was subsequently asked to complete 3 verification steps, which I did... reasonable enough. I got an email the next morning requesting me to complete additional verification steps like updating my public website with a message for their team to review ($#*!ing stupid) and a few other steps... fine whatever, I need to pay my contractor. I then receive another set of verification steps asking for screenshots and email records of my conversations with the contractor... and then their document upload tool doesn't accept anything unless i take a photo of it with my phone, email it to myself, download it and then upload that picture.

I ended up calling their support team (impossible to find their contact details) and ended up requesting all my payments be cancelled so i can just use paypal. What a $#*!house experience all around

In this part of the world (Montenegro) you can't get all the services people use all around the world. Payoneer was a perfect substitute for PayPal. It even offers a card you can use on ATMs of your local banks. Fees are acceptable.

The only problem is the confusion and hassle with Payoneer Verification itself. As per ID verification, it says that it's APPROVED and I received an email that my account is already ACTIVE, but whenever I call you using my Customer ID, IVR says that you only cater Active accounts, which in fact again, I received an email that my account is already Active. It's really confusing. Also, please include if someone cannot withdraw the money yet if there are still under verification documents on the account (aside from ID). Now in terms of IDs, say for example is a PhilHealth ID, my partner's PhilHealth ID wasn't accepted because it wasn't a PVC type. I hope that you update your team that PhilHealth no longer releases a PVC type ID, but only the paper ones which they said is a unique paper, not just a usual paper ID. Also, when you ask to submit proof of address, please know that not everyone rents or owns a place. Some live at their parents'/relatives' house. So how could that be verified if there's no other utility that's under our own name? It's great that you wanted to ensure security on our accounts, but it's kind of confusing and a hassle sometimes. Hope you could improve your requirements and considerations.

I lost clients because of THIS!

Payoneer changed their policy WITHOUT EMAILING US about allowing you to receive local payment via the global payment service from local people. Only companies can pay u now. My payments from personal clients was declined and sent back and then the client no longer wanted to use my service. They thought I was fraudulent. Payoneer sent the new policy 6 WEEKS after I had already lost my client.
