Been using Payoneer for long, its the best easy payment service, i can have, no other option.
Easy to open an account and the service from customer care is appreciable due to a lot of freedom in decision making given to them. Email does takes 24 hours to reply but phoning and chats acts promptly towards issue when one gets attended.
Bank Payoneer was a favorite for me, but when the bank started taking large commissions, it started to stop after transactions through it, and my big problem with the bank is that they took my money and did not want to send it to me, so I warn everyone against dealing with them.
I requested to withdraw money to my bank account, and 8 days passed and nothing was sent to my account, and when I contact support, he just lies to me and says false dates, and there is no reason for the money to stop arriving, but I do not know why the delay and the lie

Eldar is the best supervisor and customer service agent I have ever had, awesome solution and great attitude
I've had this card for almost 2 years and so far, I've had nothing but a good experience using it.
First, they block my account for incorrect address information (Which they realized after 6 months). They hold my hard-earned money for no reason on my account. Im trying to get my money back but they keep telling me to create a new account.
When I try to create a new account, they block that account because I already have one. This makes no sense.
No company has the right to just steal your money.

Answer: Definitely a scam, they are not listed on the The Mastercard Compliant Service Provider List of which anyone can view and download directly from Mastercard https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/merchants/safety-security/security-recommendations/service-providers-need-to-know.html If Payoneer is legit why isn't it on the list like Paypal and alllll the other legit companies? It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
