No issues with any payments, maybe 1 payment got delayed once but it did not happen again. The thing is the customer support. Your customer is your bread and butter. Please exert more efforts to keep them. If it can't be done then it's sad. Good luck tho.
Rachely was super helpful, patient, and concerned about helping me sort my issue. She even called me back when the call dropped and I heard her saying to someone in the background that she didn't want me to think that she dropped the call, That was so kind of her.
I have had so so so many issues trying to get my money out of payoneer. Spent numerous hours on the phone and live chat, it just seems to go round and round in circles. As a band who have invoices to pay with the money in this account, but can't access I've really had enough! If you can avoid them, do!
