I am new with using payoneer and it didnt give me a pleasant experience. I applied and submitted the reuqirements for verificatiion if I dont follow yp I wont get the information that i need no one follows up even on email if the requirement submitted is not valid you should send email and its hard to call your number since its toll free and the trun around time took me 2 weeks following it up and not until a day ago that i was informed that its. Pending bec the selfie picture was incorrect but i wasnt informed the first time i inquired I find the service slow in responding to tour customer queries even you fb messenger it will just say hi and ask for my customer id and then no response after you should be thorough with responses id there are requirement lacking or incorrect let us know since you have our email address on file or add on your app how you want to be notified
I have been with Payoneer since 2012 and really till now I never had an issue and they are safe and customer service are very polite and helpful.
The agent was incompetent (my first agent). My second agent Ricardo gave me hope.
I am sure that you can see the information I used to create the account so why is there now an issue when I am using the same information.

If the payment got cancelled, the funds will return to the sender's bank account within 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on the sender's bank account. For more precise timeframe, please kindly contact the bank.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
