I had a very uncomfortable situation trying to recover my Payoneer Virtual Card details
And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.
I made a payment on May 17th 2021 and as of June 7 the Payment has not been released to my vendor
I have called over a 12 times to no avail. I was told a supervisor was going to call me back in 24 to 48 hours and that was 144 hours ago. They keep on telling me that a supervisor is going to call me back as well as tell me that the transaction has been under review. As this point I have made other payment arrangements and I would like to get this money back as soon as possible
Good payment method and was hassle free it's just that the conversion is low. But that's okay its less hassle anyways still
Is very difficult to register and slow please you try to work on that so that we able do our online transactions successful without any inconveniences please, I want to use my card and make online payment for express pay can you help me with that.
