Got a feeling that your customer service people are very eager to help. The key problem was at the step of getting a verifying code via mobile phone. My personal experience was that "30 seconds" was too short for someone who's inexperience and not smart enough like me, in particular when the authorized mobile phone is not belong to me, and waiting for message to come has already taken some 10 seconds! Wonder if such timing could be modified a bit!

I guess they don't have a support team, I submitted a request like 10 days ago, and contacted them on Facebook too but they don't answer me there too, that's really frustrating.
There is pending payment (50 US dollars) stuck in my account because you dis-activated my account all of a sudden and without prior notification.
Everything was going fine I sent Them my ID and they accepted it, afterwards I received a payment from a client that was under review for a whole 3 days, on the third day baam! My account got dis- activated without any prior notice, And the reason was that my name in my account and my name on the ID were not identical, If so then why did they approved my ID in the first place? Why did they wait until I got a payment to realize that the names don't match? My last name has changed since I got married and got a new citizenship, I wrote to you and provided my ID and my marriage certificate showing that my name has changed after marriage, still no response from your part.

There two years I am now with payoneer and their services have been perfect. My card was corrupted and it was replaced within a month.
I had an issue where I got a message that my password has expired, so I had to reset it. I realized that I shouldn't do that because it wasn't my request, they notified others about my account and this situation and I reset it on my own again. I believe that my account is safer now thanks to this call!

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
