The payoneer team is very quick and supportive. They said they will send an e mail regarding my issue on verifying my account. So I am expecting an e mail for sorting out my problem. Thank you very much team. They are very supportive.
I used payoneer for almost 3 years now all my direct payments for them were good, the problem was that i used payoneer as my main place to have my money, but thats when the problems begain. I sent my money that i had on my paypal account in order to have all of my money in one place, I used it for about a year when out of nowhere they hold my payment and send me to put information on the verification center but they never accepted the documents and now you might be asking yourself what information can they ask of paypal and thats where the problem lays, they asked me for url showing my ownership of company (of paypal?) I sent them the screenshot of my account even my payroll and they didnt accept the documents. At least i was able to cancel the payment and now i will be waiting to have my money back into my paypal account in 7- 10 days..
1. Auto-reply is inaccurate on the status of reported problems.
2. Long time to resolve customer problems logged via the web page. One has to call to get help.

Resourceful and knowledgeable as usual. I tried phone call service this time and it was so quick and I'm calling from outside the US. Very polite and thanks you. Makes you feel valued..
The representative that guide me was fantastic, Kim was willing to support me from the begining of teh calls and she not only guide me, she explain the reason why my account was inactive and all what i was missing
I did a call on customer support because I read one article on internet that payoneer is doing automatic fund withdraw to registered local band account, I request her that I didn't wish payoneer to do that automatically for me, and never transferred my fund without my permission to anywhere, she took my account detail and put on hold for few minutes or second then she reply that this services is only for Indians don't worry payoneer will not withdraw your funds automatically to any bank account untill you did it by yourself, asked her twice because I was worry, she reply me very politely that don't worry we will not transferred funds automatically, you can do this by your self only, even no one have access to your account, I got happy and tension free, thank again Kim very good person.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
