I had never been disappointed by payoneer. I always get the payment on time, except only once this time my withdrawal is late. I called a customer support whom was very polite and good listener. They will reach me out in one business day to fix out my problem.

Simply blocking accounts

Should not block accounts directly as I was not having bank acount for that they directly blocked my account my funds stuck and its difficult to receive now.

Worst platform ever

So I recieved 36$ from Italki, the fee is 3$. Everything is fine until they tell me that I must have 100$ to take the money. What if I can't? I don't see any options to add money from my bank in order to take everything out. Honestly ones you get a platform which tells you, you have to take more than X $ then thats a red flag.
No customer support what so ever, and no way to move the money back to Italki.
Worst Platform created to scam people. Can't take my money for over a year now.

Please make sure that Payoneer operates in strict accordance with international financial regulations. Our withdrawal limits depend on several factors, including the correspondent banks limits, and a receiving bank's conditions. Unfortunately, at the time we are unable to regulate withdrawal limits due to the internal limitations of our system. However please note that if you withdraw funds to a bank account in your local currency, the limits for such withdrawals are usually significantly lower.

Good service but looks like the guys at the verification center are taking 5 hour naps. Why does it take more than 7 days to verify a simple paper?

Terrible customer attention

I had been trying to resolve an issue with my accounts for over a month.

Whenever I tried to speak to customer service agents I will either get someone really helpful, but who cannot help me or an absolutely horrendous customer service agent with a bad attitude who doesn't want to help and cuts you off.

After I left a bad review, however, the issue was miraculously solved within the day... funny that.

Scammers of the century

I was to receive a payment from my customer. It was *******$. First they hold my funds for more than 30 days. I called them, no proper response at all. Then they blocked my account & said we can't do business with you. I ask why? And more importantly my funds are still in payonner. There is no refund or bank transfer. There is no way to contact them at all. I mean what the hell man. It's 21st century and we are being robbed.
