It's been well over a year I have been using Payoneer. Being a freelancer, their services have greatly helped me to receive and manage my funds.
It seems like a good idea to be able to receive money from anyone, but in reality, fees are simply outraugours. Currency rates are bad and there are better alternatives.

It is important for us to be transparent on the subject as we understand the importance of knowing the fees for planning your transactions and running your business. To make it as simple as possible for you, we've put together all the possible fees on one dedicated page in your online account. Please log in to your Payoneer Account and navigate to the "Pricing & Fees" page under the Help menu.
We also strive to be as transparent as possible with our rates applied. When a customer is making a withdrawal, we present them the FX rate including the conversion fee. We commit to the rate for this current withdrawal.
The actual rate that is used varies according to the country, processors and banks that are involved in the transfer. When establishing the market rate, we use several different aggregators, such as XE.com and Reuters, depending on their availability at the time of transfer. It is important to note that Payoneer adds a conversion fee of up to 2% to the market rate.
Please also be aware that when transferring funds to an account in a currency other than the national currency of the client's billing country, the transfer is sent through a number of intermediary banks. These intermediary banks charge additional fees that we cannot predict when sending the transfer out, and their amount can vary significantly. That is why we highly recommend our clients to withdraw their funds to accounts in national currency. This way you can avoid additional commissions.
We believe that right now we are offering competitive prices for the services that we provide. At the same time, we are doing our best to find the ways to lower them in the future. Our Bank Transfers departments is constantly working on implementing better transfer routes which will hopefully allow us to minimize fees.

It is very simple, if you want an exemplary and world-class customer care experience, Payoneer definitely ranks number 1 in my books.
I was not happy how they handled my request for money reversal. Even after blocking my account, they are not willing to reverse my money back. May be its a security feature but I am not sure how it helps the client because they restrict your access to the account and they take ages to respond to emails. It is so disheartening
