I am not 100% satisfied with Payoneer. I would appreciate if Payoneer could transfer the money faster than its current speed because sometimes money is required urgently. Delayed transfers by Payoneer causes issues.

Payoneer never deposited the money. I complained. Payoneer said the issue will be resolved in 2-5 working days. It wasn't resolved.

The nonchalance of Payoneer might be because when things go wrong, you really can't report to anyone except them.
I have since opened a "borderless account" with Wise (Transfer Wise). They are more reliable and have better exchange rates.
Payoneer also sets its own exchange rates which are exploitative.

The platfom is fast in its transactions. There are few requirements to open a Payoneer account and the Customer care department is one of the best since the team is based on listening and assisting it's customers.

This is regarding my transaction I have made yesterday 1st of July 2021. As of urgency we have send via Payoneer. Now already we have paid the payment via cash by our China agent.
Could you able to cancel this transaction. If not it will paid two times to them. Also we can get return from them.
