Llevo meses intentando hablar sobre mi caso, me estuvieron cancelando pagos que era de mi sustento mensual, llevo desde el 2016 recibiendo pagos de amazon, adesde los ultimos meses me han cancelado mis pagos sin aviso previo, llame el mes pasado y me dijeron que era un inconveniente de ustedes con amazon, que ya lo habian resuelto, este mes volvieron a cancelar mis pagos, trabajan con amazon y no tienen conocimiento total de todas las plataformas que trabaja amazon como KDP o Audible, me pedian url de algo que no tenia logica porporcionar, la unica persona que escucho mi caso y me ayudo y se tomo el tiempo de investigar fue la señorita Gina, a la cual le agradezco un monton, del resto no recibi correos de parte de ustedes solo tomarse atribuciones sobre mis pagos poniendo en riesgo mi sustento economico

I am in India and have created Payoneer account a few days ago. I got paid money 100 USD into my account and I tried to pay some of it to a developer, but I cannot see "Make a payment" menu in my account. Also, I cannot find "Manage currency" menu to convert currency and they only withdraw all balances to bank account automatically without agreement with holder. Further I cannot disable automatic withdrawal option anyhow.
