Having had utterly poor experiences with previous payment portals, Payoneer is truly the best in the virtual banking and payment world. Truly happy with their level of customer support and absolutely love their platform and the ease in use of it. Payoneer should be an option for anyone who is desirous of offering their services all over the world.
The issue with IEC needs to be solved and the customer service associate need to have details about the documents needed in order to resolve problems once contacted. No one exactly knows what the solution is which leads to no reassurance.
I'm a bit displeased due to not being able to access funds that is in my account. I was advised that once I had $25 I could get a card, now I'm being told it needs to be $50. I'm a bit disappointed with the new stipulations.

The agent was very good but the Payoneer itself its bad and i dont recommend it at all and its been more than a month for them to check my documents and they sent me an email that ican receive money from the company that i work for but i was shocked that the salary is pending and i need the money as fast as possible and they mentioned thats because my national id and they didnt email me so i was checked cuz they sent me an email that everything is fine so really bad payoneer but the agent was very good and explained everything to me

Was having an issue with the receiving details not being compatible with another pay service and the representative quickly identified that this issue and added new details. I was finally able to speak to a Representative after seven days' attempt. My wonderful representative, Christian, was absolutely patient and fantastically helpful.
My account was opened in 2017 before the many changes are done by Payoneer. Therefore, I was unable to get access to any tabs (receive/send payments, etc). Christian ensured that I was satisfied and problems were rectified.
Unfortunately, we got disconnected.
I look forward to a successful experience with Payoneer in the future and expect that the future of Payoneer continues to provide developing opportunities to everyone (including Educators) to have a smooth experience with their online businesses with receiving and making payments.
