I have been working from home for years now and this has been my preferred method of payment. Payoneer is hassle free I can withdraw to my local bank account without any nuisance of waiting weeks on end for a check even until this day the competitors just can not compare I recommend any and everyone internationally to utilize this service. Customer service is prompt and always has the right solution. I have two accounts with Payoneer a personal and now a business I hope the same smoothie process will apply to my business account with them.
Today I had a problem I was finding difficult to resolve online myself so I decided to try to speak to someone. After waiting a couple of minutes I was through to a very professional, helpful lady (Eana). She listened patiently as I explained the issue and was able to help me sort the problem out within a few minutes. A very happy experience ……the likes of which is rare these days. Thankyou to her and to payoneer for providing great service!
I have applied for Business Account more than a week, Which is still under verification there is no open requirement in verification center but still its taking lot of time... Dont know way
They shut your account for no reason, u miss ur payments, shows no details of the transaction status etc
I opened this account in 2019 but this account was not used because it was not needed. Now I want to use this account because I want to receive payment from KDP Amazon. But now I can't find Global Payment Service in this account. Please, I want a solution to this problem. I am also willing to verify the account with all kinds of documents.

My concern was solved within the day. I have been waiting for a couple of days so my account could be verified, good thing I called and right there and then I was able to receive the support that I need.
I had he'll he'll get to customer care. I had called from 2 weeks ago and got some one telling me I had to hang up because they only deal with emergencies.
Frustrating. In a quest to ensure the best security, the process of verification is very meticulous, and thereby much anxiety is created.
When a payment is been review we should be notify in advance if it´s part of the process so any document can be sent sooner to avoid any delays.
