My experience with Payoneer customer care was excellent and I'm satisfied

It's easy to register and operate payments and receipts. Each aspect I need is good. I have one suggestion if you don't mind this. In this system, I applied for a few receipts account including American Citibank accounts, that's great, but if the payoneer could help us apply a solid American bank account, that would be better.

5 months of uncertainty when it comes to my paycheck. There was not a month where I had no concerns with my paycheck. If not deducted, funds on hold. Such a hassle as clients pay on time and payoneer is just slow releasing my money. Very slow and not understanding. No incentives for the uncomfortable experience.

I have contacted Payoneer four or five times for Payoneer connection with ebay however iam waiting for the result

It took me at least a half hour to complete the process of logging in, after changing my password, and finally making a payment to someone I've made many payments to in the past.

The rep took the time to call me back because our call got disconnected he advised of the issue after me call for 3 times and the previous reps couldn't provide a resolution

I love using Payoneer. I would recommend this service to all my Friends who receives money from abroad

I phoned Payoneer and the person that helped me sent everything to me to complete and made sure everything was done fast. Great experience and assistance.

It's a good fintech platform. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is the annual account maintenance fee because it's like punishing those who don't withdraw up to $2k within 12 months. Pls do something about that. In summary, their services are spot on.
