Each agent I spoke with was knowledgeable. I was having trouble accessing certain options so I had to call a few times. Each agent was able to provide great solutions.
A scammer use their platfrom with the help of Teamveiwer to scam/steal a lot of money from me. I sent all the documwentation to Payoneer. They refused to reverse the charges to my credit cards. They support criminals using their paltform. They would not do any investigation. They would not report this scammer and the information they had on the scammer to legal authorities.
My card 1st card was blocked because the address was not correct so they sent a second card and they ended up delivering the 1st card anyways and James was able to activate my first card and solve my issue in a lovely manner because I needed the card to be activated right away, I was also polite with her since the beginning which I recognize is one of my weaknesses, Thank you Payoneer!
I have found manipulating the payoneer payment system extremely difficult. Every time I have used your site I have spent too much time trying to figure out how to make a payment. Every time this message has stopped me from moving forward " we do not recognize this device ". I have to keep going back to the beginning, starting over time and time again, repeatedly putting in my email and password multiple times. I have had other confusing and frustrating experiences with your payment site. I have used it successfully before so it should be easy for me to use. But it's not. Denise

It was an overall good experience, the issue hasn't been resolved yet, but they're working on it. The only thing is that they take too long to reply to their e-mails.
