I have issues with transferring money from Payoneer account to my Revolut account. I have tried before and I got rejected, although if you, guys, have your SSI updated, it really shouldn`t be any problem transferring from Payoneer to Revolut. I got a very smart and skillful Customer Service Agent that gave me possible solutions. I will try them out. BIG thank you!
When calling the number that was provided, I got to the opereerator who cut the call off without giving me any options but you guys have a great customer service once you have been reached.

Very poor customer service. They offer NO HELP and keeps MY OWN money on hold for an unjustifiable reason. Even the supervisor I spoke with said the same thing as her reps did. I will not recommend your platform to anyone. So much of a hassle.
