My first time ordering glasses.
Love this style, thinking of ordering another pair.

I have ordered several pair of glasses from Payne and have been pleased most of the time. I have trashed a few pair because they didn't fit right or I couldn't see out of the progressive and lineless bifocals.

Sadly I would love to see some of the retired sets come back in stock. Only flaw I have to present

Easy. But, not all frames are available for try-on. I ordered the one without trying it on. Then, I had to purchase the warranty so that I could easily return or exchange it. But, I wish all frames are available to try on.

I made a silly mistake when I ordered, and they made it very easy to correct.

I had a problem with they initial order and they made it right. It took a lot of communication though and more time than I preferred to do it though.Their products are quality!

Initially I was worried about ordering glasses online. But I took the leap last year. I had to buy progressive lenses which are more expensive, but Payne had great discounts. They offer lots of options. This year I came back to Payne figuring I would be paying full price, but once again there were extra discounts. I was spending around $200 before Payne. Now I pay less than half of that. And the ability to virtually try on different options is great. Measure your current glasses to ensure a great fit and have fun shopping from the comfort of anywhere.

Exchanged one but the return lead time and iteration over net extras due was a bit unwieldy.

Great frame selection and I appreciate the tool they send with each order for measuring pupillary distance at home.

The quality is very good. You have to learn how to order online. I will only order glasses from Payne Glasses. Do buy the guarantee, it's worth it.

Buying glasses with Payne Glasses is a very easy experience! My prescription is automatically saved and you CANNOT compete with these prices. I can get a pair of prescription glasses with UV protection and blue light blocking for $30? Count me in! I literally recommend them to everyone (I'm not getting paid to say this)

So easy, even a great-grandmother can do it! The quality and prescription are correct. I'd been skeptical since I wear multi focal lenses but,Payne got it right! These are my 2nd pair. I tell everyone who compliments them about Payne.
