I broke my frames that I've had for 3 years and ordered the same pair because they were affordable and SUPER cute
This is my second pair from Payne (1st pair lasted at least a year, I just wanted something new). I paid extra because of my high prescription and finally got the thinnest lenses I've probably ever had! I like the frames and the lenses only took a day to get used to. In certain lighting situations I sometimes see a little rainbow along the edge of a lens; I'm not sure why that happens with these and no other glasses I've ever had, but honestly I like it
The team worked very closely with me to determine what went wrong with my original order. They guided me through the return and re-order process to make certain I got what I needed. Replacement glasses were perfect! Great customer care.

I first ordered a pair of sunglasses with just the long range distance prescription. I paid only $24 for them. My eye Dr. wanted around $400 for a pair! I was a little apprehensive but for only $24 I figured what the heck. I am amazed! Got the prescription right and I LOVE them! After that, I went ahead and ordered progressive lenses in the same frame. Could not be happier! I may never purchase glasses at my optometrists again :) I would have paid well over $700 at the optometrists and at Payne glasses, only spent about $100... Will definitely be a return customer :) Oh... I also received a very nice case and cleaning cloth with both purchases!
I bought THREE pairs of glasses from Payne glasses... typed in my prescription each time and when they came in... I couldnt see out of none of them. It was like my prescription wasnt even added to the glasses. Aggravating to say the least.

I ordered a pair for progressives lenses. The pair I got exceeded my expectation.
I ended up having an issue with the usps in my town, that actually sent my glasses back to Payne instead of delivering them to my work. But I reached out to Payne and told them the situation, and they were beyond courteous and helpful. Needless to say they cleared everything up and I now own 2 new amazing sets of glasses
Everything was fine, till I received the order, suppose to had bifocals on one pair, the glasses were large lenses frames with noline bifocals, the bifocals were all the way to bottom edge of frame, totally useless, the service was very disturbing trying to get this mistake resolved, this is how bad it was, I'll never buy from them again!
