I ordered my glasses at Lenscrafters first, and got my back-up glasses from Payne. Now I am wearing my Payne glasses every day, because they are more light weight, more stylish and best of all less expensive as Lenscrafters. This is my second pair I have ordered from Payne, and will be ordering more in the future as I need them.

This was my second order.The first order was way off line and i don't use it This order was slightly off line but i can still use it by moving, adjusting the frame on my nose. Sadly, ordering online is a bad experience You must do this in person so that all the measurements can be exact. I should have sent my first order back for a partial refund.

Very happy with the new glasses. And happy with the pair replaced due to faulty lens. Unhappy I am not able to call to ask questions before more orders. It seems you have my number blocked and the email from the one not so nice employee stating "I change my mind to much!" I plan on buying several more. I have not received the shipping label to return the pair you replaced yet. As soon as I get it I will return the pair.
