I could not understand what was going on with my shipment! From 8/3 to 8/8 the shipment showed waiting to be received at the Pittsburgh Post Offce, then on 8/9 it shows out for delivery! I tried calling Payne, who claim they are open on Saturday 1 to 6 - I called 12 times- but no one answered!
Ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lens and prisms. I evidently didn't enter the prism info correctly as this info is confusing. Had to send glasses back. Payne customer service was fantastic. As a fist time customer, I was a able to get a new pair after customer service assisted me with correctly entering prism info. I received a great pair of glasses at a very, very affordable price. Turnaround and delivery time was fantastic. Will surely do business with Payne Classes again!
Received my glasses ordering was easy the prescription is perfect can see good with them.the only problem I have is the arms are always to long and it's kind of difficult to bend them down the way I need them maybe next time should order kids glasses maybe shorter arms but yes I am happy with the glasses thank you.

Scrip sunglasses Were perfect. The pupillary distance on to pair prescription progressives was off on one eye. Once I got a hold of someone in customer service they walked me through how to have them test it.

Truth be told I wasn't crazy about the frames on either of the progressives, and they allowed me to select two pair of frames to replace them. Overall a very good experience

The only difficult thing was making up my mind which one to buy. I like them all. I bought prescription glasses and the instructions are easy to follow. My eyes have different specs but my glasses fit perfectly and delivered much sooner than I expected.

I didn't like the fit of my first prescription sunglasses that I ordered, so I requested a refund and it was a quick and easy process. I was able to order a new set, which are much better and they appear to be high quality lenses too!
Order a pair of sunglasses for vacation. Lost them in the ocean. When I reorder they were out of the original so I choose a different color (pink). Still prefer the original (clear).
Great Price. Very fast turnaround! Love my glasses. Considering ordering another. Paid well over $500 for a pair of glasses that sit in a case and are never worn. They have never fit right, nor can I see out of them. This is the 2nd pair that I have ordered. Different style than the first ones. I liked the first pair, but I love this second pair. I can actually wear them without my eyes starting to bother me.
