Glasses were cheap. Broke in about 10 days. Even spent extra on thin lens. Glasses never got dark tint. Will never order from here again. 80 bucks down the drain

Frames were of decent quality lens quality was spectacular. However, ordering progressives online depressions. Your company could not properly align my eyes with the progressives and therefore I could not wear them without seeing blurry in the right eye. I had requested a second pair. And had the same exact issue, but worse. I would use your company again for single vision only.

First pair came and I couldnt see out of them. Customer serv put me thru 100 hoops to make return. Needed to downgrade the lenses to make the prescription work...but the credit given back had to be spent all at the same time. Remake of glasses was cheaper AND they charged me another shipping charge that could not be deducted from my credit nor was the original ship charge refunded. All together a loss on my end of over $60

Spot on for everything. I purchased progressive lenses twice from another company with not great luck. I was told not to buy progressives online but they do it right. Love my glasses!

Easy to order. The exchange process could use some help. I feel like I paid as much for a pair of glasses as if I didn't have a credit for the pair that didn't look right. It's hard when you aren't seeing and trying in person. Then there's all the shipping and return fees.

I bought this pair of glasses and love the fit. So this is a spare pair in another color. It was so easy to go on the site and just put in the order. Thank you! I am so impressed with Payne glasses and my friends are asking where I get my glasses. Best part is that I was confident to order on the July 4th special "buy 3 pair get the 4th free". I had a lot of fun shopping as you familiarize yourself with how the measurements fit on your face you can tweak the sizes to refine the fit. My only complaint is that I wish the measurements for each pair were printed on the arm as my other glasses from optometrist offices have these, just makes it easier to know what fit is good for you without having to go back into your order history and find your recent good fit measurements.

The glasses arrived quickly and the packaging was secure and functional. They all fit perfectly, great quality, and super cute. Ordered pairs for my parents too!
